If the method is the method of 2017, the year is not a defence.
A public progress bar that takes assets from anyone with a wallet. A bonus for the next 48 hours. A “guaranteed listing.” An airdrop that is a purchase in costume. A KOL wave with no disclosure and no geo limits. A Discord bot that answers “how do I buy” with a link. A claim that the token is not a security because the README says utility. A claim that MiCA or Reg CA made all of that fine. These are not pathways. They are how letters begin.
We will decline the brief. We will not quietly run a milder version of it. Milder versions of 2017 are still 2017 if the stranger hears an invitation to buy for return.
The job is not a 2017 retail ICO funnel. It is helping credible teams operationalise a launch that can be audited.
