Cover story

A claims register that can survive scrutiny

Every public sentence on a launch needs an owner, evidence, permitted wording and an archive. Most teams keep messaging in a shared document and a group chat. That is not a control. This is the operating sheet — and the argument for running it as the spine of the campaign.

The first person who notices that the landing page, the founder interview and the creator thread have drifted from each other is usually not the team. It is a journalist, a counterpart, a regulator’s intern, or a buyer who will never reply. A claims register exists so that drift is caught in the house, on purpose, before a sentence leaves.

Features

The rest of the issue.

  • The Desk

This house is the wrong house — and when it is the right one

RCA Pad is commercial launch infrastructure for crypto-asset offerings. It is not a pad, a venue, an exchange, a placement agent, or an official Reg CA platform. Clarity about the no is the only way the yes is usable.

  • The Statute

Proposed Regulation Crypto Assets: what founders should not assume

A proposed US offering framework is drawing real planning energy. The demand is a fact. The rule title, the timetable and the interpretation are not. Treat the attention as a reason to operationalise a launch. Do not treat a comment period as a pathway.

  • The Statute

UK financial promotions and token launches

Content that invites or induces UK consumer investment activity is high-risk. The 2017 habit — a public thread, an incentive, a purchase journey — is not a go-to-market in this jurisdiction. Here is the operating posture we actually run.

  • The Map

Named geographies, or you do not have an audience

“Global retail” is a control risk, not a segment. Jurisdiction, sophistication and promotion route are the matrix. Everything else is a hope that the internet will sort itself out.
