Why we charge fixed fees, not a percentage of raise · Close

Alignment is a register, not a warrant

If you want us aligned with a serious launch, pay the invoice, show up to kick-off, fill the claims, honour the geography lock, and let the pack be the pack. That is more alignment than a warrant on a token we will not promote as a return.

If you want us aligned with a raise, you want a different counterparty. They will have a different letterhead, a different licence conversation, and a different set of conflicts. We can intro specialists. We will not become one by editing the fee table.

The ledger is public so this conversation can be short. Read the rate card. Read the exclusions. Apply if the work is the work. If the brief only works when we eat a percentage of a future event, the screen will say so, even if the founder does not.

Sources and boundary

  • RCA Pad pricing, commercial agreements, US offering guardrails, proposal follow-up.
  • Rate card: Sprint £3,500–£7,500. Build £10,000–£35,000. Managed growth £5,000–£25,000+/mo.
  • Not tax advice, not a broker-dealer analysis of your facts. Specialist counsel reviews the model.
