UK-following creators are not a channel you “just try”

A creator with a large UK following and no promotions infrastructure is not a growth hack. They are a jurisdiction. If their audience cannot be characterised, they do not get a roster seat for a token-adjacent campaign. We ask for identity, disclosure history, geographic reach, and whether they will take a prohibited-claims list seriously. “My audience is crypto-native” is not a characterisation.

Disclosure is not a hashtag dumped at the end of a thread. It is a written requirement in the creator agreement, visible in the artefact, archived. Payment terms are written. Takedown is written. If we cannot take the post down in twenty-four hours, we should not have paid for it.

The same standard applies to the founder’s own account. Founders like to believe personal posts are personal. Counterparties and, in the wrong week, authorities like to believe they are communications of the issuer. Brief the founder. Put the personal account on the channel list if it will be used. If it will not be used for the campaign, say that out loud at kick-off so nobody “just posts a teaser.”

Hold is a status we use without drama. Desk Seven went to hold for a draft thread. Hold means: do not publish, do not pay for the unpublished work as if it ran, record the incident. Removed means they are off the roster. Teams that treat hold as a social slight will keep hiring charming liabilities.
