Aspen Hold sells a 15-day lag down to a day, without turning the unit into a coin.
ASPG
Most of NAV ops died in the screen. Aspen Hold did not.
a short list names asked to be first. None of them bought a token here. They asked for the product.
Aspen Hold — An operational layer for funds: NAV events, share-class records, books an AIFM can defend. The administrator remains the administrator. This is co-sourced infrastructure, not a tokenised fund on a public board.
Screened, not yet in sprint. Treat every number as provisional. Calendar access is not automatic.
Window 7d. Waitlist a short list. 9 asks this week. This is not a quiet listing.
Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

The wedge
Aspen Hold sells a 15-day lag down to a day, without turning the unit into a coin.
Why the desk took it
Unit-as-token was refused in notes. We will not reverse that.
Traction
Founded 2023, headquartered in Manchester. One named pilot on file (redacted in public). Desk diligence score 61/100. Four origination desks posting into a closed tape. A redacted engagement letter landed in week one. That is why the desk took the meeting.
Next 12 months
SS&C and Apex are the admin. This is the event layer they can defend. They sell a fee the customer already pays a slower vendor for. TAM is that invoice, not a token float.
The brief
The decline pile in NAV ops is not a rumour. It is how this board stays readable. Aspen Hold is what survived. That is the sell.
What you can verify today is smaller than the slide. What you cannot verify is named as a question, not a promise. That is the difference between this company and a pad listing — and why the waitlist is not a coin queue.
A dual-control drill sits on paper. Keys, title, or NAV liability sit with a named licensed party — not Aspen Hold. The architecture says so. We have not watched the drill live. That is the next ask, not a slogan.
From the screen
The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Aspen Hold does not attest to its own facts.
From ops
US persons are outside the audience. A form that asks “are you accredited?” without verification is not an exemption.
From the pilot
We will not describe this as Reg CA-compliant, MiCA-stickered, or FCA-authorised. Issuers retain their own counsel in every relevant jurisdiction.
The window
A later reader gets the same PDF. They do not get the same access.
Restricted markets stay dark. Named markets are live. That discipline is the scarce thing.
If you are a founder who wants a pack like this: apply. If you are a buyer: call them — not us.

Our TAM is an invoice the customer already pays. A coin would not make it larger. It would make the licence harder.

Aspen Hold sells a 15-day lag down to a day, without turning the unit into a coin.
Allocators want faster marks. Administrators cannot staff that with people. A dual-record (their books + this event) is how they sleep.
Fund administration is a fee business measured in basis points of AUM. A faster close is retained business.
Versus the field
L2 wrappers are cheaper. They are also a different perimeter — and declined here. Aspen Hold is priced as software against an invoice that already exists.
The live path is Undetermined — not a path. Proposed Regulation Crypto Assets is not treated as a calendar slot. Build as if it never opens.

Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.

Next twelve months
No public ‘buy the token’ language anywhere they touch.
A redacted engagement letter landed in week one. That is why the desk took the meeting.
They have not asked us to run a sale. That ask would close the file.

Readiness
Six things a serious buyer asks. 100 is “ready to take to counsel and a customer.”
Risks
The one that actually kills it
The moment Aspen Hold asks this pad to allocate, sell, or complete funding, the listing ends. That is not a moral project. It is how a services firm stays a services firm.
A share-class token sold to the public is a securities offering. This pad will not run that as a sale.
If the admin has not signed, this is a shadow book. Shadow books do not survive an audit.
Who is wrong when the number is wrong? That sentence has to exist.
Using this layer as a public subscription journey is a different file — and usually the wrong house.
If the administrator has not signed, Aspen Hold is a copy of a spreadsheet. Copies do not survive the audit.
A later round that wants a public token puts Aspen Hold in a different perimeter. The file treats that as a hard stop.

Where they can operate
Named markets are where a sentence is allowed. Restricted is where it is not. This is not a worldwide offering.

Who can decide
Tomás Cole came in named. The team is not a handle. Aspen Hold Ltd exists, founded 2023, headquartered in Manchester. Anonymity would have been an automatic decline.
Year two is a second named market and the remaining certifications — still permissioned. It is not a public book. A public book would be a different company.
