The wedge
Bps of AUM on the books
The wedge is staffing: administrators cannot hire the close they promised allocators.
HRBN
Anja Ellison will not run a sale here. That is why serious people are in the queue.
The protocol pitch was declined. What remains is software against an invoice. 6,973 people still asked.
Harbor NAV — An operational layer for funds: NAV events, share-class records, books an AIFM can defend. The administrator remains the administrator. This is co-sourced infrastructure, not a tokenised fund on a public board.
Live campaign. 6,973 on the product waitlist — that is demand, not an allocation.
Closed stamp is coming. 17 days is the number. There is not a second number.
Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

The wedge
The wedge is staffing: administrators cannot hire the close they promised allocators.
Why the desk took it
NAV liability sentence exists. Who is wrong when the number is wrong.
Traction
Founded 2023, headquartered in Boston. 4 named pilots on file (identities redacted in public). 6,973 on the waitlist, gated — product demand, not a book built. 16 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 85/100. A transfer agent willing to consume a revoke in production. Counsel is named, even if the memo is still a draft. Unnamed counsel is how files die.
Next 12 months
Citi TA will not be replaced. It might consume this. They win if they are cheaper than the internal build, not cheaper than a protocol.
The brief
The first sentence Anja Ellison would not let us publish was the exciting one. What remains is slower — and scarcer: Harbor NAV Inc. · Delaware selling NAV ops as software, from Boston, to a buyer who already pays someone else to do this badly. That buyer is named. You are not, yet.
What you can verify today is smaller than the slide. What you cannot verify is named as a question, not a promise. That is the difference between this company and a pad listing — and why the waitlist is not a coin queue.
The auditor of a redacted pilot has seen a dual-record. Switching away now means a new auditor conversation. That is the switching cost — not the logo.
From the screen
Fixed fee. Deposit to start. 0% of proceeds. Token-only pay is declined. Percentage of raise is declined.
From ops
We will not describe this as Reg CA-compliant, MiCA-stickered, or FCA-authorised. Issuers retain their own counsel in every relevant jurisdiction.
From the founder
The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Harbor NAV does not attest to its own facts.
The window
The next NAV ops company on this board will not have this waitlist, this HQ, or this counsel posture.
Budget exists on a line the board can see. That is why the window is this quarter.
We do not allocate. We do not take a cut. We will not hold the window open for you.

The waitlist is people who want the product. If they wanted a coin they would be on a different pad.

A L2 wrapper is cheaper. It is also a different perimeter — and declined here.

The bet
The wedge is staffing: administrators cannot hire the close they promised allocators.
The wedge is staffing: administrators cannot hire the close they promised allocators.
Allocators want faster marks. Administrators cannot staff that with people. A dual-record (their books + this event) is how they sleep.
Fund administration is a fee business measured in basis points of AUM. A faster close is retained business.
Versus the field
L2 wrappers are cheaper. They are also a different perimeter — and declined here. Harbor NAV is priced as software against an invoice that already exists.
Boston being the city does not make local retail a default audience. Communications capable of inducing investment activity still have a promotions problem.
How it works
In the same conversation as
If they raise
Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.
Second market
37%
A counsel memo that can survive a later reader.
Control environment
27%
Hiring the operator who already does this job at a licensed firm.
Certifications & adapters
15%
Adapter work against the incumbent register, admin, or custodian.
Counsel & perimeter
21%
Dual-control drills, key ceremonies, and the person who owns them.

Counsel is named, even if the memo is still a draft. Unnamed counsel is how files die.
A round, if any, sits with their providers. This pad does not take the order.

Readiness
Six things a serious buyer asks. 100 is “ready to take to counsel and a customer.”
Risks
The one that actually kills it
The moment Harbor NAV asks this pad to allocate, sell, or complete funding, the listing ends. That is not a moral project. It is how a services firm stays a services firm.
A share-class token sold to the public is a securities offering. This pad will not run that as a sale.
If the admin has not signed, this is a shadow book. Shadow books do not survive an audit.
Who is wrong when the number is wrong? That sentence has to exist.
Using this layer as a public subscription journey is a different file — and usually the wrong house.
If the administrator has not signed, Harbor NAV is a copy of a spreadsheet. Copies do not survive the audit.
A proof of a fake book is still a fake book. Harbor NAV has to attach to the real one, in Boston.

If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel and providers. The waitlist is a product list. It is not a round, a book, or an allocation on RCA Pad. We do not take a cut.
Where they can operate
Named markets are where a sentence is allowed. Restricted is where it is not. This is not a worldwide offering.

Who can decide
The technical founder is on the record as Markets. Contractors in undisclosed jurisdictions are written down as a fact, not hidden. Facts can be managed. Hiding them is how companies die in diligence.
A second counterparty writing into the record is the only network effect that counts. One customer is a consultancy. Two is a market.
