Pilots are named and redacted. The waitlist is not. a short list people already asked.
Drift Mark — A permissioned DvP rail: cash against asset between banks, FMIs or funds that already have accounts with each other. It is the moment of exchange, not a new listed asset.
Screened, not yet in sprint. Treat every number as provisional. Calendar access is not automatic.
Heat 27 of 99. Hot windows do not stay hot. They close.
Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

Why the desk took it
They do not issue the settlement asset.
Traction
Founded 2026, headquartered in Vienna. One named pilot on file (redacted in public). 2 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 71/100. A treasurer at a bank that already settles — not a crypto-native desk. Architecture says keys / title / NAV liability sit with a named licensed party — not Drift Mark.
Next 12 months
CLS is the club. Drift Mark has to feed it, not fight it. They win if they are cheaper than the internal build, not cheaper than a protocol.
The brief
The first sentence Elena Hale would not let us publish was the exciting one. What remains is slower — and scarcer: Drift Mark Ltd selling Wholesale FX as software, from Vienna, to a buyer who already pays someone else to do this badly. That buyer is named. You are not, yet.
Drift Mark exists because the incumbent brand will not staff the unglamorous middle of Wholesale FX. The product is that middle. The token, if it ever exists, is not the product — and is not for sale here. The people in the queue already understood the difference.
A sentence went public and came down in under an hour. Elena Hale treated the kill as an operating skill, not a PR event. Files that cannot do this do not stay listed.
From the founder
This communication is not an offer. Participation mechanics do not exist on this pad. If a later reader treats the public stack as the offer, the stack was already wrong.
From the screen
We will not describe this as Reg CA-compliant, MiCA-stickered, or FCA-authorised. Issuers retain their own counsel in every relevant jurisdiction.
From ops
The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Drift Mark does not attest to its own facts.
The window
Attention is the scarce asset. 10 asks this week are already spending it.
The comment period is not a path. This company is priced as if that is already true.
Open the diligence or watch it close. There is not a third option that still counts as early.

The wedge is weekend FX: 24/5 still leaks P&L.
T+1, 24/7 FX and on-chain funds make overnight risk visible. Banks will connect a rail before they will issue a coin.
Wholesale settlement is a volume business. Even a sliver of fails avoided is a number a treasurer recognises.
Versus the field
A generalist vendor can copy the slide in a quarter. They cannot copy the named record, the scheme map, or the auditor conversation. That is the year they would have to buy.
Named: Vienna. Off-limits: Mainland China retail. A US person hearing an offering communication is a US problem even if the company sits in Vienna. Blocking an IP and taking a US Telegram admin is not a block.
How it works

If they raise
Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.

Next twelve months
Still no public token as the FX unit.
Architecture says keys / title / NAV liability sit with a named licensed party — not Drift Mark.
They have not asked us to run a sale. That ask would close the file.

Readiness
Six things a serious buyer asks. 100 is “ready to take to counsel and a customer.”
Risks
The one that actually kills it
Seat plus event. If they attach a token as the unit of account, this company is a different company — and not one we will operate a campaign for.
If the rail issues a settlement asset, it is in the e-money / deposit perimeter.
Atomic in software is not final in court. Ask which law says it is.
Central banks are not asleep. A feature can become a standard.
Listing the rail’s unit is a sale. This pad does not run that sale.
If Drift Mark issues a stablecoin to make this atomic, the company becomes an e-money problem.
If the first named buyer is also the only buyer, Drift Mark is a services shop with a ledger. Ask for the second.

Named markets are where a sentence is allowed. Restricted is where it is not. This is not a worldwide offering.

Who can decide
The technical founder is on the record as Chief executive. Contractors in undisclosed jurisdictions are written down as a fact, not hidden. Facts can be managed. Hiding them is how companies die in diligence.
A second counterparty writing into the record is the only network effect that counts. One customer is a consultancy. Two is a market.
