Eyot

Counsel is live. The waitlist is a short list. The public sale is not.

Siobhán Krüger will not run a public sale on this pad. The listing exists because of that sentence.

Eyot — Attestation packets and IBC-style messages between chains that are not public. Banks and funds that already live behind a firewall use this to talk to each other without opening a public bridge.

Screened, not yet in sprint. Treat every number as provisional. Calendar access is not automatic.

Closed stamp is coming. 42 days is the number. There is not a second number.

Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

The wedge

Per packet

Eyot moves facts, not value. That is why it might get paid.

Why the desk took it

Early — still a question.

They said ‘no wrapped assets’ before we did.

Traction

No paying pilot on the public file.

Founded 2024, headquartered in Oxford. No named paying pilot on the file yet — that is the first question. 1 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 63/100. Four origination desks posting into a closed tape. They killed their own ‘token as fee’ sentence before we asked. Rare, and it scored.

Next 12 months

Two production counterparties.

Public IBC is a different threat model. Per-event pricing so a pilot can start without a transformation programme.

The brief

How a serious reader should hold this.

Oxford is not a backdrop. It is the jurisdiction where a named customer can be sued, called, and asked a question on a recorded line. Eyot chose it for that reason. Counterparties who still think this is a ‘global’ story are already late.

The bet is narrow. A named Oxford buyer already has budget for this invoice. Eyot wins if it is cheaper than the internal build and cleaner than the protocol pitch. It loses if a founder later wants a public book. The window is the time you have to decide which it is.

US traffic was taken off the public surfaces in the first working session. Eyot did not argue. Adult companies do not costume a US offering.

From the pilot

We will not describe this as Reg CA-compliant, MiCA-stickered, or FCA-authorised. Issuers retain their own counsel in every relevant jurisdiction.

From the screen

The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Eyot does not attest to its own facts.

From the founder

US persons are outside the audience. A form that asks “are you accredited?” without verification is not an exemption.

The window

Miss this and you read the archive.

Skip it and you read the archive. Counterparties who matter will have already asked.

Counsel hours on file: enough that a later reader can tell this was not improvised.

If you are a founder who wants a pack like this: apply. If you are a buyer: call them — not us.

Renewal is the round. If nobody renews, there is no company. A token would not fix that.

A generalist vendor copies the slide. They cannot copy the named record.

The bet

Why this company exists.

Eyot moves facts, not value. That is why it might get paid.

Eyot moves facts, not value. That is why it might get paid.

Every permissioned chain is an island. The second chain a bank turns on creates the ticket. The third creates the vendor.

Every extra permissioned deployment is a new integration budget. This product is that budget.

Versus the field

A generalist vendor can copy the slide in a quarter. They cannot copy the named record, the scheme map, or the auditor conversation. That is the year they would have to buy.

Oxford being the city does not make local retail a default audience. Communications capable of inducing investment activity still have a promotions problem.

How it works

  1. 01A fact is packed as an attestation, not a free-floating asset
  2. 02The counterparty chain verifies the packet
  3. 03Assets do not ‘bridge’; messages do
  4. 04Public connectivity is off unless counsel names it
  5. 05The counterparty chain verifies the packet; assets do not ‘bridge’
  6. 06Exceptions post back into the customer’s existing case system — no side spreadsheet.

If they raise

Where the money would actually go.

Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.

  • Control environment

    31%

Hiring the operator who already does this job at a licensed firm.

  • Counsel & perimeter

    21%

Dual-control drills, key ceremonies, and the person who owns them.

  • Certifications & adapters

    14%

Adapter work against the incumbent register, admin, or custodian.

  • Named operators

    34%

The remaining certifications and the second named market.

Operating week

What “in market” actually looks like.

  1. FriKill switchRehearse unpublish in 24 hours. If it takes a committee, it is not a switch.
  2. WedCounselPerimeter diffs. If the site drifted from the memo, the site moves — not the memo.
  3. ThuCustomerNamed pilot (redacted) sees the same record the auditor saw.
  4. TueExceptionsOvernight breaks post back into the customer’s case system. No side book.

The wedge

They sell
Per packet
Who pays
Four origination desks posting into a closed tape.
Unit economics

Switching cost
Once the record is the record, the incumbent copy has to migrate history. That is the year.

Why we listed it
They said ‘no wrapped assets’ before we did.

Next twelve months

What has to be true.

Two production counterparties.

They killed their own ‘token as fee’ sentence before we asked. Rare, and it scored.

Capital would fund the adapter work and a named counsel memo, not a public sale.

Risks

What can kill it.

The one that actually kills it

The named customer is a letter of intent

Pilots that cannot be named, even redacted, are theatre. One paying seat that an auditor has seen is worth more than a waitlist of a short list.

Bridge in costume

If value moves as a wrapped asset, this is a bridge. Bridges have a history.

Who verifies

A packet nobody independently checks is email.

Public leak

One public endpoint and the threat model is gone.

Standard war

If a bigger FMI publishes the same packet, this is a feature, not a company.

Bridge in costume

If value moves as a wrapped asset, Eyot inherits every bridge post-mortem. Kill that design.

Single-customer gravity

If the first named buyer is also the only buyer, Eyot is a services shop with a ledger. Ask for the second.

Ask these next

  1. 01Which geography is actually locked, and which is a hope?
  2. 02Who is the first named paying customer — not a letter of intent?
  3. 03Which incumbent can copy this in a quarter, and what would they have to migrate?
  4. 04What happens if a founder later wants a public token?
  5. 05Where do keys, title, or NAV liability sit — and is that person licensed?
  6. 06What does renewal look like if no round ever happens?

Who can decide

Siobhán Krüger (Chief executive) will take a 30-minute call and decide budget. If the only person who can accept “we are not opening a sale” is a silent co-founder in another time zone, this company would not be on the board.

A second counterparty writing into the record is the only network effect that counts. One customer is a consultancy. Two is a market.
