Juniper Book

Budget exists on a board line. This is this quarter, not ‘when the rule opens’.

They killed 9 public sentences before we listed them. Thin files do not get that far.

Juniper Book — Permissioned infrastructure sold to firms that already operate in this market. The chain is a method. The customer is an institution. A public token sale is not the business.

In a 14-day diligence sprint (day 9). This is when the story, the customers and the legal path get written down — or the file stops.

Closed stamp is coming. a few days is the number. There is not a second number.

Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

The wedge

Seat

The wedge is a spreadsheet that a board will fund to kill.

Why the desk took it

A real job, not a ticker.

A named geography, not ‘global retail’.

Traction

2 named pilots (redacted).

Founded 2023, headquartered in Dublin. 2 named pilots on file (identities redacted in public). 5 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 75/100. Sprint day 9 of 14. Two licensed PSPs on a paid pilot — identities off the public file. A dual-control drill exists on paper. We have not watched it live yet — that is the next ask.

Next 12 months

One paying customer.

The customer’s existing budget is the TAM that matters. Bps on a job that already has a budget line. A public coin would not make the invoice larger.

The brief

How a serious reader should hold this.

Most Municipal records decks start with a market size. This one starts with a job: a person at a licensed firm, a record they cannot currently prove, and a calendar that does not wait for a proposed US rule. The calendar is the window. The window is the scarce thing.

Read this as an operating company, not a round. Counsel has a posture: Not offering — locked. Restricted markets stay dark. RCA Pad takes 0% if they ever raise. That combination is why inbound did not need a ticker.

US traffic was taken off the public surfaces in the first working session. Juniper Book did not argue. Adult companies do not costume a US offering.

From the founder

The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Juniper Book does not attest to its own facts.

From ops

US persons are outside the audience. A form that asks “are you accredited?” without verification is not an exemption.

From the screen

This communication is not an offer. Participation mechanics do not exist on this pad. If a later reader treats the public stack as the offer, the stack was already wrong.

The window

Miss this and you read the archive.

The next Municipal records company on this board will not have this waitlist, this HQ, or this counsel posture.

A supervisor is already forcing a perimeter. Houses that pick software over a coin will buy this now.

Open the diligence or watch it close. There is not a third option that still counts as early.

Our TAM is an invoice the customer already pays. A coin would not make it larger. It would make the licence harder.

Juniper Book

Services firms hide in ‘platform’ language. Juniper Book sells a seat plus an event. Named.

The bet

Why this company exists.

The wedge is a spreadsheet that a board will fund to kill.

The wedge is a spreadsheet that a board will fund to kill.

Boards will fund replacement of a known ops cost. They will not fund a crowd sale dressed as infrastructure.

The customer’s existing ops budget is the TAM that matters.

Versus the field

The incumbent brand sells the relationship. Juniper Book sells the job the brand will not staff. A protocol pitch is the thing this company has already refused. Open-source looks free until the auditor asks who attests.

Named: Ireland, EEA professional. Off-limits: United States retail, United States. A US person hearing an offering communication is a US problem even if the company sits in Dublin. Blocking an IP and taking a US Telegram admin is not a block.

How it works

  1. 01A job the customer already does is moved onto a shared record
  2. 02Access is permissioned
  3. 03Revenue is software or a service fee
  4. 04No public allocation on this pad
  5. 05Kill of a public sentence is an hour, not a committee.

  • Incumbent ops vendors

If they raise

Where the money would actually go.

Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.

  • Named operators

    39%

The remaining certifications and the second named market.

  • Counsel & perimeter

    22%

Hiring the operator who already does this job at a licensed firm.

  • Certifications & adapters

    15%

A counsel memo that can survive a later reader.

  • Claims & campaign ops

    24%

Adapter work against the incumbent register, admin, or custodian.

Operating week

What “in market” actually looks like.

  1. WedCounselPerimeter diffs. If the site drifted from the memo, the site moves — not the memo.
  2. SunOwnersWho can decide messaging and budget on a recorded line. If the answer is nobody, stop.
  3. MonClaimsEvery public sentence checked against the register. Anything extra is unpublished.
  4. TueExceptionsOvernight breaks post back into the customer’s case system. No side book.

Next twelve months

What has to be true.

One paying customer.

A dual-control drill exists on paper. We have not watched it live yet — that is the next ask.

Growth money would extend the record to a second geography, still permissioned.

Traction

What you can verify today.

Founded 2023, headquartered in Dublin. 2 named pilots on file (identities redacted in public). 5 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 75/100. Sprint day 9 of 14. Risks

What can kill it.

The one that actually kills it

The named customer is a letter of intent

Pilots that cannot be named, even redacted, are theatre. One paying seat that an auditor has seen is worth more than a waitlist of a short list.

No customer

A lab without a named buyer is a paper.

Token as business model

If the only revenue is a token, this is the wrong pad.

Path

Counsel has to name how this is offered, or it stays not-offering.

Geography

Retail and unnamed markets are off until someone writes them on.

No customer

A lab without a named buyer is a paper. Juniper Book has to show one.

Token relapse

A later round that wants a public token puts Juniper Book in a different perimeter. The file treats that as a hard stop.

Ask these next

  1. 01Which geography is actually locked, and which is a hope?
  2. 02What happens if a founder later wants a public token?
  3. 03Which incumbent can copy this in a quarter, and what would they have to migrate?
  4. 04Where do keys, title, or NAV liability sit — and is that person licensed?
  5. 05Who is the first named paying customer — not a letter of intent?
  6. 06Is the waitlist demand for a product, or a queue for a coin?

Structure

How money would actually move.

Sprint is diligence, not a raise. A pack at the end is a file the company can take to its own lawyers and investors. RCA Pad does not complete funding.

Who can decide

Elena Holm came in named. The team is not a handle. Juniper Book DAC exists, founded 2023, headquartered in Dublin. Anonymity would have been an automatic decline.

A second counterparty writing into the record is the only network effect that counts. One customer is a consultancy. Two is a market.
