Osier Mere

Heat 67. 108 asks this week. 0% of any raise comes here.

A dual-control drill is on paper. A named licensed party holds the liability. That is rarer than a waitlist.

Osier Mere — A routing layer in front of payment firms that already hold licences. One API picks the rail (SEPA, cards, local schemes) and can present a wallet-like checkout. The wallet is the interface. It is not a coin.

Live campaign. 3,953 on the product waitlist — that is demand, not an allocation.

They unpublish in an hour. They will not wait for your committee to finish reading.

Diligence, not a prospectus. RCA Pad does not allocate, take orders, or close funding. If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel.

The wedge

Scheme-map licence

They sell a night’s sleep to compliance — the AA layer stays a lab until counsel says otherwise.

Why the desk took it

A real job, not a ticker.

US was taken off the file in the first hour. That is adult.

Traction

3 named pilots (redacted).

Founded 2022, headquartered in Singapore. 3 named pilots on file (identities redacted in public). 3,953 on the waitlist, gated — product demand, not a book built. 21 nodes or connected surfaces reported. Desk diligence score 87/100. A named Singapore administrator who already signs the pack (redacted). Architecture says keys / title / NAV liability sit with a named licensed party — not Osier Mere.

Next 12 months

Live routing in one named scheme. Everything else is a slide.

Modulr and Lemonway sell the account. Osier Mere sells the router in front of accounts they already have. They sell a fee the customer already pays a slower vendor for. TAM is that invoice, not a token float.

The brief

How a serious reader should hold this.

Singapore is not a backdrop. It is the jurisdiction where a named customer can be sued, called, and asked a question on a recorded line. Osier Mere chose it for that reason. Counterparties who still think this is a ‘global’ story are already late.

Osier Mere exists because the incumbent brand will not staff the unglamorous middle of Payroll rails. The product is that middle. The token, if it ever exists, is not the product — and is not for sale here. The people in the queue already understood the difference.

The auditor of a redacted pilot has seen a dual-record. Switching away now means a new auditor conversation. That is the switching cost — not the logo.

From the screen

US persons are outside the audience. A form that asks “are you accredited?” without verification is not an exemption.

From the founder

The legal source of truth stays with the incumbent register, admin, or custodian. Osier Mere does not attest to its own facts.

From counsel

Fixed fee. Deposit to start. 0% of proceeds. Token-only pay is declined. Percentage of raise is declined.

The window

Miss this and you read the archive.

Attention is the scarce asset. 108 asks this week are already spending it.

Restricted markets stay dark. Named markets are live. That discipline is the scarce thing.

Read it once, properly, while the number is still green. Then decide.

The waitlist is people who want the product. If they wanted a coin they would be on a different pad.

The bet

Why this company exists.

They sell a night’s sleep to compliance — the AA layer stays a lab until counsel says otherwise.

They sell a night’s sleep to compliance — the AA layer stays a lab until counsel says otherwise.

MiCA is forcing PSPs to choose a perimeter. Houses that will not become CASPs still need programmable checkout. The ones that pick software over a coin will buy this. The ones that want a token will be declined here.

PSP orchestration in Europe is a multi-billion software market. Buyers already pay for routing. A token would not make the invoice larger; it would make the licence harder.

Versus the field

L2 wrappers are cheaper. They are also a different perimeter — and declined here. Osier Mere is priced as software against an invoice that already exists.

Singapore being the city does not make local retail a default audience. Communications capable of inducing investment activity still have a promotions problem.

How it works

  1. 01Payer or merchant hits a single checkout API
  2. 02The router selects a licensed rail the PSP already runs
  3. 03Account-abstraction is an optional UX layer (currently testnet)
  4. 04Settlement lands in the PSP’s existing accounts — no new token
  5. 05Exceptions (chargebacks, scheme rejects) post back into the PSP’s existing case system
  6. 06Retail and unnamed geographies are structurally off the form, not only in the footer.

If they raise

Where the money would actually go.

Not a token float. A budget against work. RCA Pad still takes 0% of proceeds.

Operating week

What “in market” actually looks like.

  1. TueExceptionsOvernight breaks post back into the customer’s case system. No side book.
  2. ThuCustomerNamed pilot (redacted) sees the same record the auditor saw.
  3. SunOwnersWho can decide messaging and budget on a recorded line. If the answer is nobody, stop.
  4. MonClaimsEvery public sentence checked against the register. Anything extra is unpublished.

The wedge

They sell
Scheme-map licence
Who pays
A named Singapore administrator who already signs the pack (redacted).
Unit economics
They sell a fee the customer already pays a slower vendor for. TAM is that invoice, not a token float.
Moat on file
A design-partner PSP that will not talk to a second vendor this year.
Switching cost
Scheme maps, ISO, LMA language, registry adapters — eighteen months of unglamorous work.
Vs the comps
Modulr and Lemonway sell the account. Osier Mere sells the router in front of accounts they already have.
Why we listed it

Next twelve months

What has to be true.

Live routing in one named scheme. Everything else is a slide.

Architecture says keys / title / NAV liability sit with a named licensed party — not Osier Mere.

Capital would fund the adapter work and a named counsel memo, not a public sale.

Traction

What you can verify today.

  • Operating notes for Payroll adapters
  • No token contract listed as a public sale
  • Pilot letters on file, identities redacted
  • Singapore is the operating centre
  • The waitlist, if any, is a product list — not a book

Risks

What can kill it.

The one that actually kills it

The founder wants a public book

The moment Osier Mere asks this pad to allocate, sell, or complete funding, the listing ends. That is not a moral project. It is how a services firm stays a services firm.

Token temptation

If the wallet layer is ever described as a means of payment, the product becomes an e-money or CASP problem. This file treats that as a hard stop.

Perimeter

A supervisor can still read account-abstraction as issuing. Until counsel names the path, treat the AA layer as a lab.

Customer concentration

A handful of PSP design partners can stall the company if they slip. Ask who is paying, not who is ‘interested’.

United States

The US is out of scope on this file. That is deliberate. It also caps the TAM.

Scheme freeze

A card scheme can kill the router without talking to Osier Mere. Concentration in one scheme is existential.

Token relapse

A later round that wants a public token puts Osier Mere in a different perimeter. The file treats that as a hard stop.

Ask these next

  1. 01What happens if a founder later wants a public token?
  2. 02Which incumbent can copy this in a quarter, and what would they have to migrate?
  3. 03If RCA Pad disappeared tomorrow, could the customer still run the job?
  4. 04Who is the first named paying customer — not a letter of intent?
  5. 05Is the waitlist demand for a product, or a queue for a coin?
  6. 06Which geography is actually locked, and which is a hope?

Structure

How money would actually move.

If this company raises, it raises with its own counsel and providers. The waitlist is a product list. It is not a round, a book, or an allocation on RCA Pad. We do not take a cut.

Who can decide

Ibrahim Santos came in named. The team is not a handle. Osier Mere Pte. Ltd. exists, founded 2022, headquartered in Singapore. Anonymity would have been an automatic decline.

A second counterparty writing into the record is the only network effect that counts. One customer is a consultancy. Two is a market.
