The raise is not a case study we get to inflate
We will not say we filled the round. Do not ask us to.
Marketing teams love a number. “$18m raised on RCA Pad” is a sentence we will not utter, even if you raised $18m while our campaign ops were live. We did not take the orders. We did not allocate. We did not complete. A tombstone with our name on the capital is a lie about the market structure. Your tombstone may name counsel, the placing agent, the administrator. It may name us as communications and campaign operations if that is true. It may not name us as the pad that sold the token.
This is not modesty. It is licence hygiene. Houses that borrow the raise as their proof eventually become the venue they promised they were not.
Tombstone is theirs. Archive is ours. 0% of proceeds.

What stays live after close
Product pages, professional updates, the register for anything still public.
Offering claims go to withdrawn. Product claims may stay if still true. The waitlist becomes a product list or it dies. Creators stop using window language. If you will raise again, that is a new Sprint — new sentence, new path, new register. Do not stretch the old pack across a new event.
A retainer is available when the work is real: ongoing claims, more markets, a second product line. It is not a success tax. It is not automatic.

What counterparties see on a closed file
Closed is a status with dignity. It is not a failure, and it is not a listing trophy.
Some closed files raised. Some accepted a pack and never opened a window. Some counsel named a path the founder would not take — Croft is in the archive for that reason. All of those are honest outcomes. A board that only shows winners is a pad. We show the archive because the archive is the proof that the screen is real.
On a closed dossier you should still find:
- What the product was.
- Who was supposed to pay.
- What the path was.
- That we took 0%.
- No participate button.

If you come back
Second time is not a sequel. It is a new instrument or a new path until proven otherwise.
New token, new class. New geography, new promotions analysis. New audience, new claims. We will reuse what is still true — entity, product URL, team — and we will rescreen the rest. Familiarity is not a waiver.
