Data-room planning before the first public sentence · Use
How the room writes the internet
Every live claim should be able to point at a room object. Testnet since March: explorer plus tagged release. Review in progress: engagement letter. No public sale: board minute plus site footer. If the pointer dies, the claim dies. The archive field on the register is how we keep a copy when the live URL moves.
Counterparties who deserve a room get a room with a date and a permission list. They do not get a Dropbox of everything the team has ever designed. A professional data room is a curated view, claims-checked, with a list of what is not being represented. That list is as important as the PDFs.
Public pages get less, not more. The internet receives permitted wording, not the letter itself. Creators receive a brief, not the folder. The discipline is downstream access. Most leaks are not hackers. They are over-sharing in the name of speed.
From folder to sentence
- 01Room object exists, dated, owned.
- 02Claim drafted as a row, still draft.
- 03Approver signs. Archive captured.
- 04Channel authorised. Permitted wording only.
- 05If the object moves: withdraw or rewrite. Do not silent-edit history.
Plan the room before the first public sentence. If that delays the thread, the thread was early. Early threads are how you spend the rest of the Sprint unsaying things. We would rather start quiet and be able to speak.
Sources and boundary
- RCA Pad intake, information security, client onboarding, issuer graph.
- We do not store wallet keys, investor identity data or client funds. Workspaces are separated, permissioned and deletable on a documented schedule.

Controls
A claims register that can survive scrutiny
Every public sentence on a launch needs an owner, evidence, permitted wording and an archive. Most teams keep messaging in a shared document and a group chat. That is not a control. This is the operating sheet — and the argument for running it as the spine of the campaign.

The Pack
Inside the 14-day Launch Sprint
What actually gets delivered, what the client must provide, what is deliberately excluded, and why acceptance is a read-out against a pack rather than a fundraising result.

The Map
A partner stack, not a marketplace of promises
Law, security, KYC, tax, tokenomics, formation, custody, infrastructure, communications. Profile verified — never regulator-approved. Referrals named, scoped and logged. No lead volume we do not have.

The Map
Named geographies, or you do not have an audience
“Global retail” is a control risk, not a segment. Jurisdiction, sophistication and promotion route are the matrix. Everything else is a hope that the internet will sort itself out.
