Inside the 14-day Launch Sprint · Days 8–14

Partners, live rows, read-out

The last week is where the Sprint becomes a file you can hand to a grown-up.

Days eight to eleven are the partner map and the live register. Specialist gaps get names: security, promotions, formation, tax, custody, infrastructure, communications. We do not promise lead volume we do not have. We do log a referral with a scope and a status. Introductions are named. “We know everyone in the space” is not a map.

The claims register goes live with whatever can actually be evidenced. Three true rows beat twenty drafts. Live is a status that imposes a duty to watch the artefact. The Sprint that ends with a beautiful narrative and an empty register has failed, even if the founder is happy. Happiness is not acceptance.

Days twelve to fourteen are the command-centre read-out. We sit with the owners and walk the pack. What exists. What is draft. What is excluded. What the next thirty days require from them. Whether a Build is warranted — production assets, waitlist, media kit, launch calendar with an approval trail — or whether the honest next step is to go away and get the security engagement they did not have.

Acceptance, in practice

If it is not in the pack, it was not sold.

Narrative
One commercial story that matches live claims.
Audience
Named segments. Written nos.
Plan
Ninety days with owners, not adjectives.
Funnel
Path to a professional conversation. No sale journey.
Systems
Content, community, creator policy.
Map
Partners and gaps, with referral log if intros were made.
Register
Live rows. Archives. Approvers.

Recommend Build or a retainer only if the pack is real. A retainer on top of folklore is how you get paid to watch a team repeat the week. We like revenue. We like it more when the register is still true on day forty.

Next step

If the company exists, apply today.

Four-step screen. A person replies. Fourteen days to a pack you can take to market. 0% of proceeds.
