How a specialist gets on the map
The join path is an application, like everything else. Named person, firm, category, jurisdictions, website, a summary that does not read like a token telegram. We do not owe anyone a listing. We do not sell “approved by RCA Pad” as a badge they can put on a homepage. If they need that badge, they need a regulator, not us.
What we offer in return is unglamorous: a profile, a chance at a scoped intro, co-marketing that is claims-checked, intelligence about what issuers are actually asking for. In a market of fake marketplaces, boring is a position.
Specialists who arrive wanting exclusive access to every Sprint will be told about the screen. We admit few teams. We intro fewer. That is the point of a house that does not run a pad. If your business requires a firehose of ICO-intent inbound, RCAICO is an acquisition programme for us, not a lead gen product for you.
The map is part of the pack. A Sprint without a partner map has not looked at the gaps. A Build without a referral log has not done the intros it claims. A retainer without partner coordination will reinvent the guy-we-know every month. Fill the map. Or admit the gap and do not pretend.
Sources and boundary
- RCA Pad partner directory, referral log, partner acquisition, marketplace rules.
- Directory language: “profile verified” means documented facts. It is not a licence, approval, or performance guarantee.

The Pack
Inside the 14-day Launch Sprint

The Room
Data-room planning before the first public sentence
If the evidence is not in the room, it should not be on the internet. A launch OS that starts with a homepage is starting at the wrong end of the file.

The Ledger
Why we charge fixed fees, not a percentage of raise
Transaction-based compensation sits next to activity RCA Pad is not licensed to perform. Fixed fees keep the operating boundary intact — and keep the work useful if there is no raise at all.

Controls
A claims register that can survive scrutiny
Every public sentence on a launch needs an owner, evidence, permitted wording and an archive. Most teams keep messaging in a shared document and a group chat. That is not a control. This is the operating sheet — and the argument for running it as the spine of the campaign.
