Disclosure architecture: the room, the paper, the site, the script · Site
The homepage is a view, not a venue
No progress bar. No “buy.” No countdown to an event you cannot lawfully hold.
A Build on this desk produces landing pages, a messaging system, a media kit, a waitlist, community operations, creator briefs and a launch calendar with an approval trail. It does not open a purchase journey or allocate tokens. If you need a sale UI, you need a different kind of firm, and probably a licence we do not have.
The site’s job in a regulated posture: identify the entity; describe the product that exists; say what is not happening; route serious counterparties to a contact that is not a bot; carry the claims that are live. Hero lines that imply inevitability of a sale, a listing, or a return are not ambitious. They are untrue on the days they are untrue, which is most days.
Default page architecture
Smaller than you want. True more often.
- 01What the product does today, with a URL.
- 02Who the company is, with a jurisdiction that is real.
- 03What the token is, if it must be mentioned, in register wording only.
- 04What this site is not: an offer, a solicitation, a pad, advice.
- 05A professional contact. Not “join the sale.”
- 06Policies and disclosures that match the rest of RCApad.com’s honesty standard, on your facts.
