The FAQ is where teams launder conclusions
“Is this legal?” is not a question your website should answer with a statute number.
FAQs attract the questions the campaign cannot survive: is this a security, can US persons buy, when is the listing, what is the APY, is this Reg CA, how do I get allocated. If those questions are on the page, the answers are communications of the issuer. Draft them as claims. If you cannot evidence the answer, remove the question. A missing FAQ is better than a clever one.
Permitted FAQ energy: how the testnet works; how to report a bug; how to contact the company; what the token does in the product if that is live; where the legal instrument lives if there is one. Prohibited FAQ energy: legal conclusions, price talk, participation mechanics for an offer that is not on file.
Support macros are FAQs with worse lighting. The person on Telegram who asks “how do I buy” will be answered by someone. Write the answer. “We are not conducting a public sale. If that changes it will be on the site, not in this chat.” If that answer kills the conversation, the conversation was the funnel.
