Disclosure architecture: the room, the paper, the site, the script · Archive
If you cannot reconstruct last Tuesday, you cannot defend it
Versioning is a control. Screenshots in a chat are not a control.
Archive the legal instrument versions, the litepaper hashes, the site deploys, the tweets, the creator posts, the AMA transcripts, the support macros. Date them. Hash them if you are serious. When a claim changes, keep the old row. Change history is how you show a later reader that you were in control rather than inventing.
We keep an archive field on the claims register for this reason. Evidence plus published artefact, durably stored. If a creator deletes, you still have what ran. If a founder says “we never said that,” you can be kind and precise.
