A founder sends a voice note. They have been talking to someone with reach. The someone “gets the product.” They will “just do a thread.” There will be a small fee, or tokens, or both. Disclosure will be “obvious.” The audience is “crypto-native.” Fold it into the Sprint as distribution. This is the most common request we refuse to fold.

Vetted, contracted, disclosed, pre-approved, geo-restricted, archived, takedownable — or not used. Paying in the token, or as a percentage of raise, can also be arranging. We will not be the arranger. We will not staff a roster that cannot be turned off.
