The issuer’s operating map: twelve fields before a public sentence · Providers

The specialist gaps the map is designed to reveal

A launch team is always missing someone. Name the someone.

Law, security, KYC, tax, tokenomics, formation, custody, infrastructure, communications. You will not have all of these in-house. The map should say which are engaged, which are identified, which are empty. Empty is allowed. Pretending a communications firm is your KYC provider is not.

RCA Pad’s directory is profile verified — documented facts on file — never regulator-approved. Referrals are named, scoped and logged. We will not promise lead volume we do not have. We will not let a partner intro become an unmanaged offering channel. If a specialist wants a success fee on your raise, that is their commercial model to defend with their own counsel. It is not a reason for us to join them.

The issuer’s job is to keep the graph honest. If custody is “users hold their own keys” that is a fact, not a slogan — it has consequences for who is a customer. If KYC is “the launchpad will do it,” you have made a launchpad part of the offering machinery, and you have probably made us the wrong house. If tax is “the foundation is offshore so there is no tax,” put that sentence in front of a tax lawyer before you put it in front of a journalist.
