Named markets, or you do not have an offering audience · United Kingdom
London is our city. It is not our retail market by default.
Content that invites or induces UK consumer investment activity is high-risk.
We treat UK retail-facing token promotions as out of default scope. We do not initiate public retail purchase journeys, incentives, return claims or token allocations. A documented lawful promotion route and legal review are required before any UK retail-facing campaign. That sentence is on the disclosures page because we mean it.
Conservative is not silent. Product communication can be real. A professional audience can be named. A waitlist of counterparties is not a consumer book-build. Keep those objects from collapsing into each other on a social channel that does not know the difference.
Practical test: read the sentence aloud as a stranger in the UK. Would they think a token is being offered to them as something to acquire for return? If you need a paragraph of context to explain why the stranger is wrong, the stranger is not wrong enough. Rewrite.
