A prohibited list you can steal, then make yours
Close cousins count. “Expected listing with a top five venue” is still a listing hope.
Prohibited family, starting set
- 01Approved, SEC-approved, FCA-authorised sale, MiCA-cleared, Reg CA-compliant, registered-enough.
- 02Not a security, not a financial promotion, “just a utility,” “just a collectible,” as conclusions.
- 03Guaranteed, risk-free, no downside, APY, passive income, “number go up.”
- 04Listing, imminent listing, “tier-1,” market-making as a promise of price.
- 05Allocation, whitelist as ticket, bonus, next 48 hours, fill the round.
- 06Get in, don’t miss, before retail, “this is the regulated path.”
- 07We will 100x. Partners that are not partners. Users that are not users.
Add the words your founder actually uses when they are tired. Those are the ones that will leak. Put them on the prohibited list with a note: “say this instead,” pointing at a permitted row. The creator brief is a view of live claims plus this list. If the brief is a vibe document, you have staffed unmanaged promotion.
