Fourteen days to a live sheet, not to a perfect brand
Acceptance is: the register exists, is populated, and is the spine.
Days 1–3 of a Sprint inventory the claims already in the wild — site, paper, socials, founder clips. That inventory is usually the ugliest meeting of the fortnight. Days 8–11 put the live register in the workspace. Days 12–14 read it back. We do not accept a Sprint because the logo is nice. We accept it if the sheet can run a week without folklore.
After the Sprint, managed growth keeps the register live. A retainer without a register is a content farm. We will not operate that farm.
