An offering claims register: sentences that can survive a later reader · Birth
How a claim is born, and how it dies
Draft. Evidence. Approver. Audience. Then live. Reverse to kill.
A claim starts as a draft row. Product people propose facts. Communications propose wording. Counsel, or a named controls lead with counsel on call, is the approver for anything that touches instrument, pathway, market, or return. If they will not sign, it does not ship. Consensus-by-chat is how a contractor becomes the unofficial spokesperson of the offering.
Death is as important as birth. The audit engagement ends. The testnet resets. A geography is closed. A creator goes off-brief. The row is marked withdrawn, the artefact comes down, the archive keeps both. Twenty-four hours is the default takedown SLA on this desk. If you cannot meet it, you cannot have live claims in that channel.
Change history sits beside the row. A later reader should see that “live since March” became “live since November” on a date, for a reason, with an approver. That is professionalism. Quiet edits without history are how you look like you were hiding.
