Fourteen days to a live register — and what acceptance means

Acceptance is a read-out against the pack, not a fundraising result.

The Launch Sprint is fourteen days because the inventory, the audience matrix, the narrative and the register can be stood up in fourteen days if the inputs exist. Entity, team, product evidence, token status, security posture, legal posture, audience, brand, budget, named approvers. If those cannot be produced, work does not start. A register without artefacts is fiction.

Days one to three: inventory. Days four to seven: the sentences that will carry the ninety-day plan, written as claims. Days eight to eleven: the register is live, partner gaps named, intro sequence drafted against rows that exist. Days twelve to fourteen: a command-centre read-out. What is live. What is draft. What is prohibited. What the founder may say on a stage. What a creator may not say. What happens if they do.

None of this is a sale. RCA Pad does not accept investor funds, allocate tokens, operate a venue or promise a raise. The register will often include a live claim that there is no public token sale. That sentence is as load-bearing as a testnet URL. It has to be true. It has to be on the site. It has to survive a screenshot.

Sprint path for the register

The pack is the acceptance test. A pretty narrative without live rows fails.

Day 0
Kick-off locks geographies, owners, SLA, exclusions.
Days 1–3
Claim inventory. Ugly on purpose. Everything in the wild.
Days 4–7
Narrative and funnel written from rows that can be evidenced.
Days 8–11
Register live. Partner map. Creator policy attached to rows.
Days 12–14
Read-out. Acceptance against the pack, not against a raise.

After the Sprint, the register either stays live on a retainer or it begins to rot. Rot looks like a new landing page that nobody diffed against the sheet, a founder tour with new adjectives, a creator hired by a friend. Managed growth exists for the boring reason: someone has to keep the date field honest. If you do not want that, do not hire us to pretend.

The cover argument is simple enough to put on a blotter. Public language is an operating system or it is folklore. Folklore does not survive scrutiny. Scrutiny is not optional for a team that wants professional counterparties, named markets and a launch that is still standing ninety days after the thread. Fill the fields. Or do not publish.

Sources and boundary

  • RCA Pad house playbook: campaign controls, incident response, creator operations.
  • Fourteen-day Launch Sprint pack: claim inventory, claims register live, acceptance read-out.
  • Composite desks in this issue: Vellum Markets, Northline Protocol, Harbor Labs. Not client testimonials.
  • This is commercial operating commentary. Not legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice.
