A creator roster with a takedown clause · The plan
Sometimes the creator plan is none
A Sprint can conclude that the right roster is empty. No one on the shortlist can honour the geography lock. The register has three live product claims and nothing that survives a consumer following. The founder is not staffed for pre-approval. Empty is a plan. It can be written, accepted, and revisited after a Build.
The industry treats an empty roster as a failure of nerve. We treat a full roster with mixed audiences and no takedown as a failure of control. Professional counterparties, named markets, a testnet, a security engagement — none of that requires a thread from a stranger. It might require a partner intro, a data room, a founder briefing. Those are distribution too. They just do not look like a launch on social.
When we do staff a roster on a growth retainer, the month is boring to describe and expensive to fake: calendar, pre-approval, disclosure checks, archives, incident log, who got paid for what. If a retainer cannot produce that, it is a content subscription. We already said we would not sell that.
If you want creators inside a screened engagement, say so on the application. We will tell you, after kick-off, whether the lock you signed can support them. If you want a pad that “handles KOLs,” there are houses for that. They will not be this one.
Sources and boundary
- RCA Pad creator operations, due diligence, incident response, growth retainers.
- Composite roster: Mira Vale (vetted), Owen Hart (vetted), Desk Seven (hold).
- Not an influencer-marketing playbook. Not legal advice on disclosure regimes.

Controls
A claims register that can survive scrutiny
Every public sentence on a launch needs an owner, evidence, permitted wording and an archive. Most teams keep messaging in a shared document and a group chat. That is not a control. This is the operating sheet — and the argument for running it as the spine of the campaign.

The Statute
UK financial promotions and token launches
Content that invites or induces UK consumer investment activity is high-risk. The 2017 habit — a public thread, an incentive, a purchase journey — is not a go-to-market in this jurisdiction. Here is the operating posture we actually run.

The Map
Named geographies, or you do not have an audience
“Global retail” is a control risk, not a segment. Jurisdiction, sophistication and promotion route are the matrix. Everything else is a hope that the internet will sort itself out.

The Pack
Inside the 14-day Launch Sprint
What actually gets delivered, what the client must provide, what is deliberately excluded, and why acceptance is a read-out against a pack rather than a fundraising result.
