Fourteen days to a command centre, one hundred and eighty to a public sentence
A Launch Sprint is not a war room for a raise. It is the pack an ICO-intent issuer actually needs: narrative, markets, pathway status, claims, providers, a ninety-day plan. The longer calendar is counsel’s and the board’s. We will not compress the long clock to match a countdown.
The Desk · Operating notes, RCA Pad · London
ICO-intent teams buy sprints because they have a date. The useful date is a product milestone or a board decision. The dangerous date is a sale. This feature specifies what fourteen days produces, what the following months are for, what the client must provide, what is excluded, and why acceptance is a read-out against a pack rather than a fundraising result.

A command centre, not an event
If the Sprint only works on launch day, it did not work.
Most “launch sprints” in this industry are compressed fundraising theatre. Ten days of telegram heat, a site that came together on the last night, a thread, a hope. RCA Pad uses the same number of days for the opposite object. We are standing up the file you will still need on day ninety: who you are talking to, what you are allowed to say, which specialists you lack, how a piece of content gets approved, what happens when a creator goes off-brief, and — for ICO-intent teams — what offering status is true today.
The pack is explicit. Commercial narrative. Audience segments. Market map. Ninety-day launch plan. Funnel design that does not open a purchase path you cannot support. Content system. Community plan. Creator plan that can be empty. Partner map. Claims register. Pathway status as “not offering,” or as counsel’s named mechanism, never as a sticker. Acceptance is a read-out against that pack. It is not a listing, a raise figure, or a follower count.
Scope the Sprint as deliverables, not hours. Name exclusions in the same document. Acceptance is a read-out against the pack, not a fundraising result.
Fee: £3,500–£7,500, fixed, deposit to open the workspace. ICO-intent sits at the top of the range when the file is heavier, not because we are taking a share of a round. No work on a handshake. No token compensation. No percentage of raise.
