You can point at artefacts. You cannot point at a raise.
A narrative document that survives deletion of sale language. An audience matrix with markets in and out. A pathway status that is true. A ninety-day plan with three clocks. A funnel sketch that is contact. A content system. A community plan. A creator plan, possibly zero. A partner map with gaps. A live claims register with an offering prohibited list. A kill switch named. A recommendation: Build, retainer, or stop and stay in counsel’s waiting room. All of it in the workspace. All of it dated.
If you wanted a war room, you wanted a pad. If you wanted the file, apply. A person will read it. The calendar will not open itself. That is the house being the house.
