The Offering · Vol. 02 No. 01

The Pack · 06

September 2026 · London

Fourteen days to a command centre, one hundred and eighty to a public sentence · One hundred and eighty

The longer calendar is where offerings actually live

If you need a public sentence in three weeks and a pathway is not on file, you need a different sentence.

Serious offering work — entity hygiene, classification, a private process, a whitepaper that is an instrument, an authorised promotions route, a security review, a real data room — eats months. Boards that want a retail window in thirty days are asking to skip the stack. We will help them professionalise the wait. We will not help them skip.

A 180-day shape (illustrative, not your plan)

Your facts will differ. Counsel’s clock will differ. This is gravity, not a Gantt you can sue us over.

Days 0–14
Sprint. Map, register, ninety-day plan, gaps named.
Days 15–45
Counsel engaged if they were only identified. Security review running. Room filling. Site as product view.
Days 45–90
Classification memo current. Pathway named or not-offering reconfirmed. Build of production assets against the register.
Days 90–150
If a private or other defined path is real: counsel-run process. Campaign stays inside it. If not: product communications only.
Days 150–180
Board reads the file. Either a public route exists in a named market, or it does not. Either way the OS was not wasted.

Useful under three endings. If a proposed US regime issues as hoped, you already have claims, geographies, providers, a desk. If it changes shape, you rewrite the US rows. If it stalls, you still have a professional launch OS. You were never selling the docket.
