The ninety-day plan is owners and pauses, not a countdown
Three clocks: product, legal, communications. The slowest governs the public story.
A ninety-day plan that is a single countdown to “TGE” is a 2017 artefact. Write three workstreams. Product: what will be true in the software. Legal: what counsel will have signed. Communications: which sentences may leave, in which markets. If legal is behind product, communications waits. If communications is ahead, that is an incident, not a win.
Milestones we like: testnet feature; security report in the room; counsel memo versioned; geography lock reviewed; register at N live rows; empty creator roster still empty on purpose; partner intros logged; board paper that asks the pathway question again. Milestones we will not put in a public calendar: sale, listing, “Reg CA opens.”
