The exclusion list is part of the product.
Out of scope, always
- 01Fundraising, token sales or allocations. A sale UI. A progress bar that takes assets.
- 02Custody, trading, venue operations, KYC of purchasers, travel-rule systems.
- 03Investment advice or promised raise outcomes. A guaranteed listing.
- 04Any description of an offering as approved, Reg CA-compliant, MiCA-cleared, or equivalent stickers.
- 05A US, UK or EU legal opinion. We coordinate. We do not opine.
- 06A creator army without contracts, geos, disclosure and takedown.
- 07A second company or a duplicate pad site under the RCAICO name.
If a founder needs those, they need a different kind of firm, and probably a licence we do not have. The application is not a negotiation of this list.
