What your lawyer is for, and what we are not
We coordinate. We do not opine. Do not ask us to be more certain than they are.
Counsel classifies, names pathways, drafts or settles legal instruments, advises on promotions, writes the sentences that are legal conclusions. We keep the public story from running ahead, keep the room together, keep the register, refuse stickers, run a campaign workflow, manage creators as channels, map specialists. If you need a single firm to be both, you wanted a law firm with a studio, or a studio with a licence. We are neither.
Give them the map, the fact sheet, the register, the change log. The quality of what you get is downstream of the quality of what you kept. Do not quote this magazine as a memo. Do not put us on a call to “align legal with growth” if the growth position is a prohibited word. Alignment, in that meeting, is growth losing.
